Meet the “Pio-nator Air Purification Afterburner System“ Our system named after St. Padre Pio.
- Evening Star Coffee Roasters is proud to be working with a co-designer in the development of coffee roasting ancillary equipment that purifies the air that exits coffee roasters. We are currently testing the design on our coffee roaster.
- My “Pio-nator” purifies the exhaust air that exits our roaster by removing smoke and effluents associated with roasting coffee. Our new design replaces current technologies that use 600,000-800,000 btu of energy while in operation. In addition, it eliminates the need to spend $4,000-$6,000 every 4-6 years to replace the catalyst on existing equipment.
